Welcome to ClearPastAI!

‍These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ClearPastAI's Mobile Application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

‍By accessing and using ClearPastAI, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. Use License

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of ClearPastAI per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in ClearPastAI;

• This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ClearPastAI at any time.

3. User Content

‍Users may upload photographs to the ClearPastAI application. By uploading images, you grant ClearPastAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt these images solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Your use of ClearPastAI is also subject to the app’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal and non-personal information you provide to us.

‍The materials appearing in ClearPastAI could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ClearPastAI does not warrant that any of the materials on its application are accurate, complete, or current.
